I got myself this watch for Christmas and I looooove it! I was looking for an everyday, menswear type watch but not some cheap watch like I' ve had my whole childhood/adolescence. (I still love my swatches & guess watch) It looks substantial and solid, I love the size, weight, & overall shiny-ness. The sleek dial and bezel are stylish without being flashy or tacky. You can tell it' s a really nice watch in just a glance. The mother of pearl face is a perfect feminine balance to the chronograph sized watch. I got some links taken out at the local Gucci store and now I wear it every single day!
One complaint--regarding Bodying, not the actual watch--all photos of the "gucci pantheon" on Bodying.com are pics of an Automatic. The watch face in all pics says "gucci automatic" but the watch you will receive is "gucci pantheon."
This watch is not the automatic version, it runs on a battery. If you look up the Pantheon line, you' ll see that there are regular, battery-operated watches (the one I purchased) and there are higher-priced, automatic watches with a skeleton (see-thru) back and gears that wind itself. This is NOT the automatic but I still love it! Still a great deal & I' m keeping it! | | Was this review helpful to you?
