| Product Warranty |
All watches purchased from Bodying.com.au are guaranteed genuine articles, original, new, and entitled for the original warranty that come together with the watch.
Our obligations and options under the warranty are limited solely to replacing the watch with the same style or a style of comparable value, when we - at our sole discretion - consider that it is not practicable to repair the watch. Bodying.com.au is not liable for incidental or consequential damages for failure or malfunction of the product and any recovery may not be greater than the purchase price paid for the product.
In order to benefit from this guarantee, you will be required to present the GUARANTEE CARD and stamped by Bodying.com.au or our range of suppliers. Postage, insurance and shipping charges to be incurred in delivering the timepiece for service and repair are the responsibilities of the customers. Other terms and conditions of warranty is subject to the respective manufacturer's warranty statement that come together with the watch.

| Billing |
If you choose to pay by credit card, your credit card will be charged upon your order. Your order will then be processed within 24 hours.
Any order cancellation request has to be informed within 24 hours. We appreciate that if you will inform us the reason for cancellation in order for us to better serve you on your future purchase with us. We apologize we are not able to accept any order cancellation after 24 hours or when your watch has been shipped out.
However, in the event that your ordered watch model were sold out or discontinued, you will be notified via e-mail with the updated stock status. You will have the choice to either cancel your order for a full refund or to keep your order if you are willing to wait for the next stock shipment.

| Duty and Tax |
Bodying.com.au might from time to time, ship your orders from any of our worldwide distribution centers to bring you the BEST OFFER price, in such case, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
Once the product is in your country, apart from shipping charges, you are responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, or import fees that may apply. This cost is not calculated into the cost your ordered items.
Bodying.com.au have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, states to states, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
However, duties and import tax are only applicable to certain countries. Our carrier will handle all customs clearance work for you and deliver your order right to your doorstep.
