I have owned this watch for 4 years now and have worn it almost every waking hour (except when doing sports/outdoors stuff that could damage it). The crystal face plate is virtually scratch proof and looks exactly as when I bought it (and that' s impressive considering my nature)! I plan on wearing this watch for at least another 5 years, if not keeping it cycled in forever. I have never had to take it in to be fixed, and as a kinetic watch never have had to worry about the battery. I originally got it as a graduation gift from high school and think it makes a wonderful present. I have received countless compliments from it, probably more than anything else (and that' s with a giant gold UT ring ;)).
To those who complain about the lack of illumination from the light-charged glowing hands, all i have to say is that the watch wasn' t meant to be read in the dark. The glowing hands are just meant to add a little bit of pizazz when you' re in low light. | | Was this review helpful to you?
