I too was reluctant to order such an expensive item online but was encouraged by the reviews and the big savings. I went to 2 or 3 different Macy' s in Southern California and nobody could even come close to this price. They already knew they couldn' t compete. They' d say ' we can' t match the price' . We will guarantee the quality and take care of matters if you have any problem but you gotta pay like $300 extra.
